Sri Lanka Consortium

The Sri Lanka Consortium - composed of CAFOD, CARE, International Alert, Peace and Community Action, Saferworld, Save the Children and World Vision - began implementation in June 2009. Our journey began with a self assessment process intended to give us an initial understanding of our capacities, strengths and weaknesses. This was followed by the creation of change objectives, a context analysis process designed to understand the conflict dynamics in the post-war context, and the implementation of a Sri Lankan pilot project.
