The UK Consortium is comprised of the following agencies: Responding to Conflict, Saferworld, World Vision, CAFOD, ActionAid, Save the Children, CARE, Plan, Skillshare International and International Alert.
In early 2009, at the start of the Project, the UK Consortium produced a Benchmarking Paper to build consensus and a common working definition of conflict sensitivity. In early 2010, the UK Consortium decided to produce an abridged version of the Benchmarking Paper that can more easily be shared with a wider audience.
All UK agencies completed a self assessment, developed change objectives and are in the process of working on them. The UK Consortium is also conducting work on the practical application of CSA in emergency response.
